1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the NAWT app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of the App

NAWT provides tools for tracking fitness metrics. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.

3. Privacy and Data Security

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not require an account or upload your personal training history to any cloud.

4. Payments and Billing

NAWT is distributed exclusively via the Apple App Store. For any in-app purchases (e.g., Lifetime purchase or subscriptions), the merchant of record is Apple. The purchase contract is formed directly with Apple Inc. Apple's Terms of Service and Payment guidelines apply to all transactions. We do not directly handle payments or store credit card information.
